This is basically independent study technique. In fact, a university graduate is
expected to work on this line. This means that 10% CR teaching-learning-
interaction and 90 % time is spent by student for surfing (the boon for this
generation), understanding/leraning the concepts, preparation, interaction and
presentation. This has the following benefts:
1.
Student moves from dependent to independent to interdependent stage making
him/her self-evolving.
2.
Autonomy of individual is preserved.
3.
Faculty to work as only facilitator giving more time for academic contribution,
R & D, innovation, etc., calling for downsizing; only quality, interested and
passionate faculty will survive.
