Dear All,

Human life is invaluable and precious, the wonderful gift one gets. It is upto
the society how to make use of this capital for evolution of the human race. Let
us agree that no man is totally abuse or totally useful to society but having
one's own potentials and capacity. How to mould these is the responsibility of
the wise people in the society. The so called career is developed through such
climates:
1.
Climate totally unfavourable, full of obstacles but man does not lose courage and
marches on like Dr. Ambedkar or Shashtriji, etc.
2.
Many, however, succumb to the climate and become low achievers or turn to anti-
social activities.
3.
The parents or State or community helps to set goals for kids, support them.
4.
Those kids who are born with golden spoon, or the sons/daughters of very powerful
family/personnel like political leaders, very rich personnel,etc., are found to
move ahead normally even if they are sometimes involved in ill or anti social
activities.

For total development of society all personnel with different faculty and skills
is very vital. Balanced participation and involvement by one and all is essential
else society is prone to many ills and abuses. Education is an attempt to set the
mind set of all on the acceptable track, minimizing ills and maximizing good for
society. As yet, man could not work out a correct formula to achieve this for
one's mind is unpredictable, very dynamic, vibrant, environment friendly and
every kid is born with such a mind first like a blank slate something written on
it as the time passes till death through various means of education like formal,
informal, distance, nature, parents and friends, experience, customs and culture,
associates and what not.

The stalwarts in society need to understand these intricacies and micro-
psychology. Yogi Arobindo, M Vishvesvaraya, J Krishnamurti, Paigamber, Jesus,
Swami Vivekananda and many more others have understood this phenomenon but could
hardly change the scenario because of obvious reasons. Education is an attempt
setting the random, autonomous and natural mind into artificial societal
framework! Have you heard or seen any school or book or examination for other
living organisms?

A child use to reply, "I will become Doctor, engineer, policeman and the list
continues.....

My question is what is the tender age to know about self interest in order to set
right skill..

Poor man child develop the skill of washing dirty clothes, working in garage,
hotels and he accept it as a fate...

Doctors child in most of the cases become doctor due to their parents interest
and so the case with other profession.. It may be inspiration or imposition..

Now their is third category known as late bloomers who discover their interest in
some later part of life, be it educationist, an engineer turned musician like
Shankar mahadevan or someone else.
In formal education till 10th class we do study science, maths, arts, music and
other subjects...
My point..

Some have it..

Some develop it..

Some gain it with experience..
