Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant/Lead
Duration: 12 months
Location: Stamford, CT

Technical/Functional Skills:
· MUST HAVE - ServiceNow Administration and Development
· Good to have - Working experience on ServiceNow Deployment Projects
· As a Solutions Engineer you use your understanding of
strategy, process, Service Management and technology to implement
technical solutions on behalf of our team of Process Analysts.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, model and scope solutions using the ServiceNow interface and
auxiliary tools
- Integrate Service-Now with other systems where applicable
- Construct and deliver proposed strategy including costs and value
for potential new technologies
- Perform analysis on complex business problems and provides a variety
of solutions
- Drive architectural changes taking into consideration dependencies,
relationships and integration points
- Implement efficient, effective solutions that may contain but are
not limited to workflow implementation, automation and integration
with multiple systems
- Utilize language skills for new development or by manipulation of
existing code (Java Script, HTML, XML/Jelly)
- Understand database structures, data warehousing and reporting techniques
- Participate on project teams as a technical resource while having a
solid understanding of process management
- Collaborate with IT, business teams and our Process Analysts on solutions
- Assist in testing and implementing vendor releases of the Service-Now platform

Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of basic service management concepts
- Development or programming experience
- Experience configuring or administering platform-based tools
preferably ServiceNow
- Management tools such as ServiceNow
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with coding in Java Script/HTML/XML/Jelly
- Excellent customer service and collaborative capabilities
