Please, read the "Declaration of the Restoration for the Statehood of British Southern Cameroons of 12 August 2013" and "notice to the United Nations Secretary General and the President of the United Nations General Assembly issued 25th September 2013" for your information so that they may guide your decision to cover or not to cover the various activities of the various movements for the restoration of the independence of your country, the British Southern Cameroons. Please be informed that either you exist and function as a Press organ or you do not. There is no siting on the fence as far as press coverage is concerned. If The Press continues not to cover the activities of the various British Southern Cameroons Movements, it may not be long when the current existing press may not be accorded the privilege to cover British Southern Cameroons' government activities. The new interim government of the British Southern Cameroons will be totally inclusive of everyone who chooses not to be working with or for the enemy colonizer, the Press included.
Be informed that Mr. Paul Biya, the President of la Republique du Cameroun has been told by the United Nations and the Southern Cameroons Revolutionary Council, to take his administration away from the British Southern Cameroons Territory, but he has kept the information hidden from his administrators in Southern Cameroons, including The Press.
Be informed that any action or lack thereof by any of the officials of Mr. Biya or The Press, that will lead to the violation of human rights of any British Southern Cameroonian will be answerable on individual basis, to the International Criminal Court. We all know very well that there are crimes of commission and crimes of omission.
Note that the former president of Liberia, Mr. Charles Taylor has been prosecuted and jailed for 50 years by the above Court for Crimes against humanity.
Also note that currently the President of Kenya and his Vice are being investigated for alleged crimes against humanity by the same court.
