Must have skills

Looking 10-15 years of experience in data modeling

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling for transactional databases
• ability to write complex sql queries needed to profile data to support data modeling activities
• experience working with er studio or other data modeling tool
• knowledge of data management standards and data governance practices
• prefer candidates with an understanding of the loan accounting space or with a background in the financial industry.
• should have 10- 15 years of experience.
• should have more of an architecture experience vs. data analytics and data warehouse.

non-technical skills

• outstanding -- absolutely a must have -- communication skills.
• excellent organizational skills/self-motivator
