Oracle back-end, know basics of how to troubleshoot slow running queries, normalized database models

Invoke WebServices (consume them not create them)

Finance Domain knowledge is a Nice to Have.  Given the choice, technology on large robust applications over finance domain knowledge is what they are looking for.

Iterative Scrum-like methodology
