Further to your question, the answer is categoric. NO , China is not a friend of Africa. Have you ever seen a non black person relating with us out of their interest?  They sell fake drugs , unreliable building materials etc.
 
I plan to expel Chinese from Cameroon  if negotiations for me to take the big Job materializes.
