The Information Systems Services (ISS) Division of ITS provides application development services to state government customers. The application developers develop, implement, and support e-government applications for state agencies within Mississippi. ISS would like to augment the application development team with a senior-level .NET developer and an intermediate-level .NET developer who have extensive backgrounds in project planning and management, in all phases of the application development life cycle, and who also have specialized experience and technical skills with Microsoft platforms. Candidates must have extensive experience in project planning, estimating and managing application development projects, and the ability to mentor junior developers. Other IT experience and skills must include requirements definition, systems analysis, database and application design, application development and implementation, data integration, system testing, and system QA, including experience specific to Microsoft environments.
