Job Description:Roles and responsibilities:

• Work on a small collaborative team that is designing and developing a Web utilizing an agile-like processes
• Full stack developer (database to browser)
• Writing clean code
• Communicating daily with key stakeholders inside the company
• Works collaboratively with third-party integrations, consultants, or client IT staff
• Adheres to strict QA procedures and documentation for version roll-outs, including peer to peer testing

Job Requirements: Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 8-10 Years IT Experience Needed
• Very strong hands on  expertise of at-least 7 yrs while working on  C#, ASP.Net, Silverlight, ADO.Net / Entity model, Java Script, WebServices, MVC, MQ / WCF, SQL, HTML5 / Jquery
• Firm understanding of SQL Server, with the ability to work extensively within a multi-terabyte environment-Strong SQL querying is ideal
• Full Stack Development with browser based technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, & CSS
• Past experience working on an Agile team is a plus
• Demonstrable talent in working under pressure and time constraints
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter

Desirable Skills:
Work with different teams – Design and implement new interfaces,  Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems, Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions,  Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces
