• Must have 10+ years of experience as a Oracle DBA in a fast paced production environment preferably in a reputed Bank or a financial industry.

 
 Job Requirements: Skills:

• Demonstrable experience of managing high-performance,high-capacity databases in a critical production environment
• Strong Oracle 11gR1/R2 RAC experience including build, general administration, troubleshooting (Break/Fix) and L3 performance tuning skills
• Some experience in Exadata & Golden Gate will be a huge advantage
• Experienced in Clusterware (GRID Infrastructure) - CRS management and configuration
• Skilled in Oracle ASM administration
• Solid infrastructure knowledge including high-availability solutions such as Oracle DataGuard, Disk replication technologies (SRDF), and VERITAS clustering
• Excellent SQL & database level performance tuning skills
• Expertise in backup & recovery and migration using RMAN, Datapump and ExportIimport utilities
• Experienced in maintenance and management of databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control
• Experienced on Solaris, Linux and AIX OS including strong shell scripting skills
• Competent in Change/Release Management ( ITIL based – preferably ITIL Foundation Certified)
• Willingness to work in a 24 * 7 Global support model
• Team player with excellent communication skills
