Job Description:
We are looking for Project Managers with solid Project Management skills and if they have P&C that is better.
However, we understand this is sometimes hard to come by. So the next criteria would be to have background in managing one of the following types of technical projects from "cradle to grave". Meaning from the initial requirements gathering, through development and testing to deployment to production.
1. Data conversions - taking the legacy system data and mapping to the new system and managing the technical effort to do so.
2. Portals - the user friendly front-end systems which will integrate with the policy, claims and billing systems.
3. Document imaging/scanning - managing the updates and integration of a document management system with an understanding of indexing, scanning, and other components of the process.
