When you are looking at such a big  Country with such diversity there is bound to be differences in perception about the course of development etc.

However as rightly said the need of the hour is to do our bit (individual social responsibility) ) while reflecting and trying to improve the existing scenario.

Dear MTCians,

The current situation in India is not as good or as bad as the protagonists or antagonists seem to portray. In fact, a country as big and as diverse as India cannot be painted with one brush.

What really matters is what we as citizens do in our own spheres of activity to improve the existing conditions and enhance the quality of life of our people. There are no insurmountable problems. We have certainly not arrived. We are engaged in an exciting and exhilarating journey. Obstacles and turbulence are bound to be there. They should not cause despair. We should constantly and continuously seek and implement creative and innovation solutions to the problems faced by our country.

Most important thing is how are we doing; we need not bother very much about who is saying what, when, where, how and why !

Their greed & thinking, to allow people BPL to languish for decades, must change. Three, India is replete with intellectual derelicts, who are a major factor in stunting our progress. They use their intellect for destructive purpose - criticism, cynicism, deep analysis of various indices, totally unasked for, discouraging others from doing anything, including talking. Instead, adopt a village, choose one area, do some contribution There are several areas to start off- just do it. or else, they must go out of the system.

In any case, " One man with courage is a majority" - Thomas Jefferson will always happen.

The growth & success story India has scripted is beyond the wildest imagination of these great leaders & leaders across all major economies, including Germany.

Now, we as intellectuals, not merely educated, must think SOLUTIONS for all our problems, with a 360 degree disposition . We need to hit back all such allegations.  Parallely, we need to aply pressure on our planners & economist to make our domestic economy stronger & make it independent.

We shall fight the corrupt, evil minded & selfish politicians & throw them out in next elections.  We will not blame, comment, criticize, compare or paint a poor picture of India, under all circumstances in any forum, meeting, seminar, organization, association,,,,,,,,,anywhere in the Globe.
Let us change, means, what ? Change our Attitude first, then a change in Approach next, followed by Assertiveness & reinforcing our Ambition to make India a a Super power by 2025.,

No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying.

despair, but this will not get us anywhere. In the final analysis it boils down to
what we as individuals can do by way of discharging our responsibility and perform
our duties fearlessly and diligently and not caring a damn.

control) nor is he able to exercise influence in a positive way. The country is
currently going through a leadership crisis and lack of value systems.
The judiciary has done its job by enforcing NOTA ( people's right to reject the
candicates in election )and banning convicts from contesting in the elections. The
ball is now in people's court. It is not only our fundamental right to vote but
our duty towards the country to elect the right people. When all of us feel this
responsibility and exercise our votes in the right manner, then we can bring a
change in the system and accountability of the Govt to the people.We have to be
hopeful to see the light at the end of the tunnel ,though the tunnel may be too
long and keep working towards it by motivating the people around us.
