Programmer 5:

Ø The Department of Human Services is seeking one senior IT developer with at least 8 years of experience in developing, testing, deploying and supporting applications in a web/SQL Server environment.

Ø *Lead developer experience. The ability to provide direction and mentoring to other developers on a project using the tools described above.

Ø *Ability to transform business requirements through functional/technical analysis into technical specifications and design

Ø *Build application programs based on technical specifications, test and implement systems; Support the SDLC process through post-implementation Support

Ø *Ability to perform Web/SQL development tasks relating to the support, maintenance, and implementation of new and existing applications.

Ø *Ability to understand business processes & to be customer focused. Experience working in both traditional and agile development environments.

Ø *Demonstrated experience developing complex transactional applications using role-based security management.

Ø ASP.net, VB.net, and Object Oriented Programming within a Service Oriented Architecture	Required	10	Years
Ø Visual Studio Team Edition, Team Foundation Server within a Service Oriented Architecture	Required	10	Years

Ø .Net Framework 2.0 and above, jQuery within a Service Oriented Architecture	Required	10	Years
Ø JASON	Required	10	Years

Ø Strong T-SQL skills with extensive query and stored procedure development with SQL Server 2005 or above.	Required	10	Years
