Client is searching for a User Interface Engineer to join their core software development team. The successful candidate is creative, energetic, self-motivated, with the aptitude to learn quickly. They will join a team that is dedicated to the blending of technology and science to help improve population health.
Job Requirements: Qualification:
The following is required:
o - 3+ years experience in developing rich interactive web applications
o Strong JavaScript, AJAX, HTML and CSS skills. Must be an expert in these technologies.
o Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 features including: canvas, SVG, media capture, audio/video tags, drag-and-drop, web storage, geolocation, transforms, transitions, device orientation and touch events
o Experienced working with a variety of JavaScript Frameworks including: jQuery, Angular.js, Ember.js, Backbone.js, Knockout.js, Node.js, jQuery UI, jQuery Mobile, ExtJS, YUI, etc.
o Experience with responsive web design (RWD)
o Experience with JavaScript unit testing
The following is preferred:
o Adept with web standards and cross-browser development
o Experience with PhoneGap, Android, or iOS a plus
o Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA)
o Hands on experience working with various Web APIs
