Absolutely right.That's why it's said jack of all but master of one. Though people have been
talking about multi tasking it has been established that one csn concentrate only on one thing
at a time.But having mastered (change is constant) one can't rest as we are in a VUCA
environment. We talked about bottom of the pyramid but now people are talking about being on
the top of the pyramid (creating a niche market for themselves).There were 4 Ps and then came
3Ps for service and in between couple of As and Cs. But now
it's all to do with Vs-value proposition, value differentiation and value delivery.As such
mastering one field and constantly innovating is the success mantra.DrAJagan Mohan Reddy
