Creativity is highly related with pure mind. Pure mind focuses pin pointedly on one area
having less distractions. In fact, when the mind is in a relaxed state,in a thoughtless state,
mind becomes more creative and something emerges spontaneously termed as creative. But all
are not equally endowed with creativity, it differs, some are not at all creative. But we need
people with less or no creativity. If all people are creative, least probability, social
imbalance may take place.

Multitasking is a tool to improve productivity of people. Remember the multiple activity chart
where an operator can handle as good as 6 machine tools doing different tasks, turning,
inspection, loading,unloading, etc. It is the creative scheduling of a Time Study Engineer.
