Job Description
-Our team is searching for a talented senior QA engineer with strong web based application test experience. This will be an opportunity to test a new feature offering that extends functionality in our enterprise-level data virtualization product. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, finding bugs and defects, the creation and execution of a test plan, verifying fixes and the design and implementation of an automated test framework. A successful candidate will have the ability to work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure this product meets a high level of quality.
Job Requirements
7+ yrs software testing experience (UI web applications)
5+ yrs testing Java applications
Experience with testing Google Web Toolkit (GWT) based
Experience working with Remote team members
Experience with the Agile development
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience with UI Automation Testing Software (Selenium, QFTest, QTP)
Experience with Subversion/Git
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer Science degree or equivalent (BS or above)
Desired Skills
SQL skills
Experience with Test case software (Testlink)
JIRA experience (or equivalent bug tracking software)
