EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Proven experience in deployment of a SFA (Sales Force Automation) solution ideally in a Team Lead capacity
· Prefer knowledge in CAS SFA and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) solutions.
· Knowledge of SAP SD, CRM a plus but not mandatory
· Proven 10+ years of SAP deployment/implementation experience
· Proven experience in managing large teams of 10 + resources onshore and offshore
· Strong experience in 3-4 large full cycle SAP deployment/implementation as a Team Lead
· Strong management and client facing skills/experience
· Strong facilitation and problem solving skills
· Able to adjust amongst different levels (audiences) in the organization
· Should have deep process, industry, and configuration experience
· Familiar with CG methodology, Tools and Templates
· Familiar with accelerators such as uPerform, Solution Manager, Mercury/HPQC, SharePoint, Clarity, etc.
