·         Perform installations, upgrades and patch applications to SAP software products, including R/3 (ECC 5.0 and 6.0), BW, SCM, SRM, CRM, XI/PI, Enterprise Portals, SAP GRC (Virsa) and other SAP components

·         Work in a mixed server environment covering Linux, Unix and Wintel servers using Oracle, DB2, SAP DB, and SQL Server databases.
