MAC Engineer/Admin Specialist

Location: Union, NJ

Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 + months

In-person interview required after telephonic.

Job Summary & Scope:

·         As a MAC Specialist will help in setting the technology standards for retail stores.

·         You will be evaluating, testing and piloting innovative solutions that will enable the delivery of seamless experiences between all the retail channels as well as empower our associates and customers with rich content improving their engagement and knowledge.

·         Furthermore you will be responsible for assisting and maintaining the organic replacement of the current store infrastructure.

·         .Technologies include but are not limited to WiFi, digital signage, thin clients, Mac, iOS /Windows client devices, Linux & Window Servers.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

·         Playing a leadership role in assisting with developing a broader vision of the Store Solutions department recommending innovative designs for the total store experience.

·         Working with Store Solutions Manager responsible for 2nd Level support to:

·         Create support documents of all projects and proof of concepts.

·         Second level troubleshooting of all Store Systems hardware and software

·         Requires strong oral and written communications skills.
