Job Description:The consultant MUST HAVE the following experience.
 

• Provides support for basic technical issues.
• Resolves Customer issues within appropriate timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enters and updates incident details using our CRM system.
• Participates in the On-Call rotation when needed.
• Participates in special projects that may require direct interaction with the customer and may require work at unusual hours of the day.
• Performs simple software upgrades such as firmware upgrades, DB2/SQL Server fix packs, service packs or updates.
• Produces and maintains work instructions when required.
