Re: BIYA'S END OF YR SPEECH

What are these credits he is talking about here? Go to the Cameroon's Embassy in London and Washington ask what sort of credit he is talking about no one seems to know. Does he really know what effective government communication integrating it with available experts and technical knowledge in the execution of projects and investments their realisation and others?
Sometimes they write and talk as if we are an ignorant bunch.
Where is our fake Jules Owona? Can he explain what sort of credit is Paul Biya talking here for goodness sake.
