Specific Position Requirements  

·         Manage numerous technology-related projects, completing all aspects of the PM process.

·         Prefer PMI certification.

·         Responsible for the successful delivery of tactical and strategic projects, typically of medium complexity.

·         Utilizes and provides project management expertise to determine work assignments involving the work teams.

·         Establishes priorities and gathers the resources necessary to staff the work teams.

·         Reviews the design of major components involved in the project.

·         Integrates and coordinates with end user, user group or business management.

·         Develops positive relationships with project sponsor and champion.

·         Monitors ongoing project status and maintains communication with business partners or stakeholders regarding the project status.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         5 years IT project management experience required.

·         The team they'll be working most with is Data Base management teams, need to have understanding of data base management.

·         4 year degree preferred.

·         1st shift position, candidate must be onsite in Moline.

·         We use Microsoft's EPM as our EPPM tool.
