Duration : 3 months - Contract To hire (ONLY GC, EAD, Citizens)

Must Have : Heavy Mortgage banking experience.


Job Description:

Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team. Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional designs across applications. This high level functional design is used by Client of all levels within the group as a basis for their low-level functional design. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.

Additional Skills:

Sr. Mortgage Banking Business Architect, 10+ Years implementing mortgage lending platforms that include with 5+ years implementing Products, pricing and underwriting and task management workflow engines. 2+ Years of experience with 3rd party mortgage lending document platforms.

Needs to be a Sr. Business/Technology Leader that has demonstrated success at being hands on in understanding the business and application platform and be able to quickly and efficiently identify technical gaps and provide the knowledge and experience to direct staff to remediate and resolve these gaps related to new business requirements and the current platform functionality.

7+ years of proven experience in handling multiple projects and various functional areas such as Program and Project Management, Market Research & Analysis, Business Development & Management, Customer Relationship and Escalation Management, Service Marketing Strategies & Execution. 
Experienced Business Analyst & a Project manager extremely capable of analyzing and assessing business issues and recommending and implementing compatible technological solutions. 
Demonstrated achievements in establishing customer focused programs aligned to corporate vision & strategy. Led and managed cross-functional teams in designing, structuring, executing operational and strategic initiatives. 
Planning and execution of business plans & processes to increase efficiency and improve work quality. 
Determine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business rules that served as guidance to the team to perform their tasks in an efficient way. 
Implemented and achieved increased ROI through innovative business models and valuable Market Research & Analysis. 
Experienced Business Developer using innovative ways to identify and develop strategic relationship with partners, external vendors and potential customers resulting in consistent Client and goal attainment. 
Participate in system optimization, testing, implementation and training, and widely exposed to various loan origination systems 
Foresee, manage and facilitate JAD, RAD and requirements gatherings sessions to gain appropriate visibility to risks & issues, and drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid project roadblocks. Utilizing of Mockups, use cases and activity flow charts to effectively visualize and conceptualize business processes among stakeholders. 
Vast experience in project management and reporting skills holding in depth knowledge of Mortgage Loan Origination Systems(LOS), risk management concepts, data migration and conversion, GAP analysis AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, research & forecasting skills, and experience with a variety of IT systems support and operations function and technical field concepts, practices and procedures.
