Job Tittle: Business Analyst Lead – Mortgage Industry
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6+ Months

Must have worked in Agile projects well-versed in writing user stories
Must have worked in the Mortgage industry in Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent Lending preferably in areas such as B2B and B2C portals
Domain experience in the following areas are needed:
Loan Production disciplines like Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Shipping, Delivery, etc.
Loan Administration & Servicing
Regulatory Compliance, Quality Control and Fraud Detection
Must have excellent written (English), verbal (English) and social skills
Must have led a team of business analysts and member of an overall project team of 20 or more people
Must have performed onsite-offshore coordination
