Skills Required and Job Description:

The Business Systems Analyst is a liaison between business units who is responsible for translating high level product vision into logical and actionable components. The applicant must have a solid grasp of the product life cycle, understanding the full context of the work at hand in order to facilitate a comprehensive, well rounded solution. An effective BA understands how the requirements will be fulfilled from a technology perspective. The ideal candidate will be able to consistently and effectively participate in cross-functional meetings, clearly articulate project risk and provide concise recommendations to Development and Product Management. Ultimately, the BA understands the interaction between Database, Application Middle Tier and Web layers and uses this knowledge to assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
