Project Description:

Onboard client to Common Service interfaces (CSI). The CM/OBM (Client Manager - CM / On-boarding Manager - OBM) work is to shepherd internal and external clients through the process of interfacing with AT&T Mobility Common Service interfaces middleware. The CM works with the client to define their on-boarding business requirements and then provides the documentation for the specific interfaces that the client will utilize. The CM manages the OB effort and the client from project inception through implementation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management
- Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects.
Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for
completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
- Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and
identifies resources.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and
status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking
and analysis.
- Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and
takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Communicates with internal clients and external vendors

The OBM will serve as technical architect, system subject matter expert, analyst, and PM helping to connect new clients and update exist clients of middleware application Common Services Interface. Responsible to document system functionality, build technical flows, select services to be used, explain use of each service, create use cases, and guide client through their development process as single point of contact. Will sometimes write requirements. Will manage to a simple project schedule. Will write status reports as necessary, and occasionally present at the executive level depending on project load. Will serve in role as representative of AT&T to outside vendors and internal client application teams.
