[MTC Global] Request for Help in Questionaire for ascertaining students interest field:Management.

Dear Academic Luminiairies & Corporate veterans,

I had a session with students of a New upcoming Institute and there was this usual anxiety about which specialization to choose...Ofcourse those with good communication skills would automatically qualify for Marketing unless their area of interest lies elsewhere. I told the audience of students to follow their own interest rather than follow the group or get pushed by peer direction to avoid ending up in a career where their heart and mind in not involved to avoid burnouts at early stage.

I guess there could be some tool to ascertain this and if the same is in a Questionnaire form it would not only help us in guiding them properly.

As such request inputs from our esteemed members or if there is a readymade format available then please share with me on my id.
