These types of comments should not be tolerated. Mr. Sam Fan Thomas is a respectatble Cameroon Musical icon who deserves our collective respect and ill advised outbursts from buffoons like Nanje Jackson should be condemned in the strongest of terms. Who exactly is this Nanje fellow? Has he looked at himself lately in the mirror before jumping to publicly "decry" a genuine African hero as having a "strong Bamileke face"? What exactly does he mean by that? What kind of a face does he; Nanje, have? This is so wrong. He has been carrying on with this bigotry now for too long and no one seems to have any problem with this constant rubbish or we are simply AFRAID to tell him to cut the crap. The same nonsense one of them told me the other day: "You don't look like a Baminda man"..."What is that supposed to mean", I immediately challenged the idiot. How are "Baminda Peepoo" supposed to look like? And now this from Nanje Jackson. You would not even believe that some of these fellows have been in the USA for more than thirty years and are still reasoning like "Fuminzingnge".
And to imagine that at some point in time, I had some respects (I even mistakenly visited the fellow at his home in Georgia) for any human being peddling these types of sentiments. Jeeeeeeeeeeez.
He should be ashamed of himself.
The truth; Sam Fan Thomas is even more handsome than the clown, who makes a living by selling and burning fake CD's (Piraterie) of Cameroon Musicians directly from a used Chinese "Akamchawa" recorder I saw in his basement. What is your real JOB out there in Georgia? Don't just open a can of worms…is all I can tell you for now. Get lost.
