I would be careful about where the specific information about the project goes – in particular that it’s a very small team and the mandate to produce a version 1 with very limited business interaction.
 
I would structure the rest as follows as a starting point.

Client is seeking to build an enterprise datawarehouse containing its historical holdings, performance, transactions, security master and analytic data, to support a modern data-insight and self-service BI layer.
 
1. Must have
o Fixed Income datawarehousing experience
§ Understands attributes and analytics of fixed income securities and portfolios
o Hands-On
o Organized, thoughtful and rigorous – but not rigid -- in approach.
2. Would like to have
o Has worked as part of both large with smaller teams
3. Helpful
o Experience with Portia, SQL Server, Markit EDM/Cadis, modern BI tools (cliqview, tableau, microstrategies)
