Job Description:Position: Websphere Message Broker Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH
Duration: 6 month contract plus extension
Interview mode: Phone then Skype
Job Description:
Minimum of 6 years of applicable work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience designing, architecting, building, and supporting enterprise-level hosting platforms.
The preferred candidate can speak to past experience standing up platforms and lessons learned from experience.
Proven experience as subject matter expert of a platform or technology
Experience tuning and troubleshooting N-tier environments
Extensive experience using scripting technologies to automate tasks and improve efficiency
Experience with Linux-based technologies (specifically RHEL, comfortable on the command line)
Experience with Java-based hosting platforms, especially WebSphere Application Server
Preferred Experience
Experience with the following products: WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere ESB, WebSphere BPM,
Experience with the following scripting technologies: Python/ Jython, Bash, Perl
Experience setting development standards and working with a development community
Working knowledge of Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture design
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, etc.)
