I have attended the programme throughout, very informative, highly useful and more practical.
Three Technical Sessions were extremely good. Thanks to our valuable resource persons.

2. Transformational Management Teaching Methods - Prof. Subhash Sharma.
3. Application of IT in Management Teaching - Prof. Dattaprasanna Madhukar Marathe.

A special thanks to Mrs. Bholanath, Principal, ICSE, Lady Velankanni School and her students team. The students team were really hospitable and made sure that all participants are individually care for.

In my 23 years of teaching in India and Papua New Guinea, I have attended more than 100 Faculty Development Programmes. Every programme we get lots of input which we can practice for making our teaching effective. But the problem with all of us is we are all lazy. We don't work hard to achieve our passion. Let me quote one sentence from the programme. "If your student wants Rs.16 Lakhs annual salary from the first job, Let him/her work now 16 hours a day for learning"
We as Management Teachers should work more than that. The only secret for success.
