Role : ABAP Developer with PS module experience

Location : Boston MA

Duration : 6 months to start

Job Description :

Ø Develop complex ABAP code for process change.

Ø Queue Monitoring of tickets/incidents logged by end-users of the new SAP PS, MRS, and CPM modules.

Ø Work with end-users to understand their issues and to find workarounds.

Ø Identify trends in tickets/request to evaluate

Ø Evaluate Work Requests (Code or Configuration Changes) from the business to determine feasibility, size, costs, schedule to support the change.

Ø Design/Code/Unit Test Break/Fix and Enhancement Work Requests in Development, Test, and Staging Environments.

Ø Document resolution steps to recurring issues to improve team productivity in resolving similar issues in the future.

Ø Support cross-functional teams in the triage of complex issues that cut across SAP modules and Legacy applications.

Ø Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing all accomplishments, issues, recommendations for process and technical areas covered.

Ø Ensure that contracted SLAs are met for all Ticket and Work Request Activities.

Ø Help Root Cause interface issues between PS/CPM/MRS modules and the existing ECC solution (including SD, FICO, etc) as well as with other legacy systems.

Ø Ability to analyze existing ABAP code used in the Professional Services solution and to identify functional and performance improvements to the ABAP code.
