Job Description:

·         Must have 7+ years of Performance Architecture Experience

·         Must have experience to lead the client through setting up a large scale performance engineering factory that focuses on best practices.

·         5-8 plus years’ experience in Development/Performance Testing/Performance Engineering

·         Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies, architectures and technical standards.

·         3 plus years’ experience with LoadRunner/Performance Center.

·         Expertise in designing performance test strategies

·         Experience developing GUI-level test scripts utilizing multiple protocols.

·         Thorough understanding of HTTP(s) protocol, headers, cookies, URL parameters, and authentication.

·         Knowledgeable in new and emerging technologies.

·         Knowledge of layered systems architectures and layered solutions and designs; understanding of shared software concepts.

·         Experience in continuous process improvement desired.

·         Negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.

·         Experience in Financial Services- Banking – HUGE PLUS

·         Excellent Comm. skills
