Job description:
Responsibilities of Onsite L3 Lead
Cobol/400, SQL experience and handling L3 tickets (also includes RPG)
Client Communication
Offshore team coordination
Release Meetings
Status update Calls
On Call support during US timings
Coordination with other Ryder IT teams
RCA presentation of Sev-1/2 incidents
Business Interaction
Expediting request handling
Helping L2 team at onsite
