REPLY TO NTEMFAC OFEGE ON THE SOUTHERN CAMEROONS

In response to my post entitled: WHAT BIYA SHOULD DO NOW, Ntemfac
Ofege reacted as follow:

"Dear Mr Tikum Mbah Azonga: How absurd!
The RIGHT of the good peoples of the Southern Cameroons to self
determination is not and will never be Mr Biya's to decide.
You have been told this in not so many words.''

MY RESPONSE TO NTEMFAC OFEGE

"Thanks, Ntemfac. But the fight to which you claim to be committed
cannot be fought - let alone won - here on the internet. From the way
you are going about the fight, you seem to be erroneously emphasizing
three points: 1. Talk, 2. Talk, and 3.Talk. No action. You quote
constitutions and the law and the UN. You preach and pontificate and
weep. But nothing changes.

Power is never handed to anyone on a platter of gold. It is fought
for and "captured". That`s why the German "Iron" Chancellor, Otto Von
Bismarck once said,
"The great questions of the day shall be determined not by speeches
and resolutions, but by blood and iron!"

But you are doing is talking and standing still. There is a saying
that anyone who goes to war should not start counting the number of
dead people, in order not to be discouraged. You are frightened of
what may happen. That is why you have not ventured forward. You are
not yet at the war front. So what will happen when you hear the first
shot?

The famous writer, Mark Twain, once said: "Everyone complains about
the weather, but no one does anything about it". And that`s true
because we always blame the "bad" weather but do not go the extra
mile - we do not go out of our way - to make it better.

I am sure you remember the anecdotal story about the cat that
terrorized the mice in a house. One day . . .
