Dear Esteemed MTCians,

There is a very good response to the mail "Request". We are sure that it would give in-depth knowledge to the research scholar. We have consolidated the views expressed by MTCians to avoid clutter in the inbox……

Dear scholar

Your topic should be:

A Study on Employees Engagement in Selected Private and Public Organisations in

Services Sector Based in Bangalore City."

Dr. Surajit Kumar Bhagowati

Nowgong College

Assam

I wonder  what exactly does one mean by "Employee Engagement" In lectures ‼ Does one mean teachers engagement in the lectures ? If yes, then the sample size will be very low in the colleges – the student will need to cover many more number of colleges to get a decent sample size.

Dr. Usha: l would go with the first topic related to industry for its applicability and impact
Prof. K. Harigopal
