Comparative study between the Public and Private sector is nothing uncommon. People engagement area is however quite popular. To make the research more result oriented and original, a comparative study between blue collar and white collar employees of a specific industry can be attempted. In such cases, care should be taken to define the research parameters.Gallup International has already done research on this area globally, including in India.
