Detailed Job/Role Description:

• This position is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.
• It is for 1st shift in Phoenix with a schedule of Mon-Fri 7am - 3:15pm.
• Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
• Installation experience
• Application Configuration Support Knowledge - Infrastructure troubleshooting
• Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
• Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways - Knowledge of adjunct connectivity
• CTIOS troubleshooting server side
• TCP/IP networking fundamentals
• Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
• Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
• Self Directed, Team player, Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
• In order to foster communication and timely resolution of outages, analysts located in Bloomington and Phoenix will be located, on a regularly scheduled basis, in an area where a video camera with phone will operate continuously. Will have them start in CCW for 2 weeks to address accesses and then come to Bloomington for 4-6 weeks for training.
