Job Title: DataStage Developer

Job Category: Information Technology

Contract : 6 months+

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

 

 

DataStage Developer:

 

The ideal candidate for this position will also have the opportunity to play a Sr developer role.

Particular responsibilities include:

Ø  Play a senior developer role.

Ø  Collaborate with system analysts, data modelers and architects during development activities.

Ø  Analyze and fix go-live defects.

Ø  Unit test and document to validate the solution.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Ø  8+ years of software development experience.

Ø  Solid experience using IBM InfoSphere DataStage

Ø  Solid experience with datawarehouse design principles.

Ø  Solid experience developing complex SQL statements.

Ø  Strong knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse development best practices.

Ø  Experience integrating with external system
