Required Skill:
Must be passionate, flexible and innovative in utilizing all up to date available tool functionality, experience, and any other resources, to effectively deliver to very challenging and always changing business requirements with continuous success.
Must be able to interface with various stakeholder groups to understand the requirements and prepare documentation to support development.
Must understand complex object design and the underlying data model of the system, as well as have a highly skilled attention to the business requirements details.
Must have a clear understanding of BI, Data Warehouse operating environments and related technologies.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in MicroStrategy 8/9 Desktop, Architect, Report Services - Dynamic Dashboards, Web, Intelligence Server, Distribution Services, Multisource, Clustering, OLAP Services and Office.
Ability to coach and mentor others on the design, development, and usage of the MicroStrategy product suite.
Strong native SQL skills
Strong experience in data warehousing concepts and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
Ability to complete the full lifecycle of software development and deliver on time.
Ability to work w/end users to gather requirements and convert that to working documents.
Strong interpersonal skills w/a heads-up programming attitude.
Required Experience and Education:
Three to five+ years of experience in a related position demonstrating the position responsibilities outlined above.
Bachelor's Degree or eight+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
