Position: AS/400 Developer with COBOL
Duration: 6 months
Location: Miami, FL
 
Responsibilities of Onsite L3 Lead
·         Cobol/400, SQL experience and handling L3 tickets (also includes RPG)
·         Client Communication
·         Offshore team coordination
·         Release Meetings
·         Status update Calls
·         On Call support during US timings
·         Coordination with other Ryder IT teams
·         RCA presentation of Sev-1/2 incidents
·         Business Interaction
·         Expediting request handling
·         Helping L2 team at onsite
