Job Description:Personal Planning Analysis Project
Business consultant journeyman with requirements/testing background in small or large project delivery to serve on a self-managing, highly-collaborative Scrum Team for the Personal Planning Analysis (PPA) Large Project within Enterprise Project and Support (EPS).
Required: Scrum experience.
The flexibility, as a member of Scrum Development, to take on blended roles as needed, going beyond traditional analysis and testing.
Required: an aptitude for the "Agile mindset", including a focus on adaptability and resiliency in translating regular, rigorous feedback from the customer into bi-weekly revisions of the application solution. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on face-to-face collaboration and teamwork. Previous experience with NM's PPA tool and/or other complex financial planning tools a plus. Investment or Financial Planning industry experience a plus.
