Details:
Responsibilities:
*   Under general direction, gather, define and document highly complex business requirements. 
*   Facilitate meeting discussions between business users, business analysts and technical analysts. 
*   Document organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements. 
*   Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions. 
*   Develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements. 
*   Prioritize the individual work load that involves multiple project assignments and deadlines. 
*   Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures. 
*   Ensure testing results correspond to the Business and System Requirements. 
*   Work with team leads, technical staff and key users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. 
*   Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. 
*   Provide user support, including training, help and instructions.
Skills:
*   Must have five (5) or more years’ experience (current within the last year) as an IT Business Systems Senior Analyst.
*   Must have two (2) or more years’ experience (current within the last year) in medical claims processing for a Medicaid, Medicare, or Health Insurance agency.
*   Must have five (5) or more years’ experience working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for computer application modifications.
*   Must have five (5) or more years’ experience writing detailed Business and System Requirements Documents, Gap Analysis Documents, Test Cases, and User Guides.
*   Must have five (5) or more years’ experience developing workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business and system requirements.
*   Must have five (5) or more years’ experience, writing and executing test scripts, test cases, data sets and user procedures.
*   Must be proficient in speaking and writing in the English language is required.
*   Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience.
*   Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaborative skills. Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff.
*   Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
*   Must have strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision making skills.
*   Must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple assignments, and meet required deadlines.
Preferred:
*   MMIS claims processing experience
*   Experience with HIPAA Transactions and Code Set Rule
*   Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Access, and SharePoint
*   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
