Role Office 365 SharePoint Upgrade - Onsite Coordinator
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills Must have:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Sharepoint development and full understanding of Sharepoint 2010, Sharepoint 2013/Online, Infopath Form Development, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Workflows, Custom Webparts, Data View WebParts, SharePoint Administration
Must possess in depth understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 (both Publishing and Collaboration platforms
Sharepoint development using Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET and Sharepoint Designer
Microsoft application development with .NET, including VB, ASP, or C#
SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services implementation and deployment, including the creation of custom workflows and custom web parts
Web development, including HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Deploying, securing, and customizing SharePoint site collections
Microsoft SharePoint Security model, events, alerts, and workflows
Migration from 2007 to SharePoint 2013
Familiarity with Active Directory
Portal Software Development and Reengineering
Portal Site Design
Working knowledge with migration tools from SharePoint 2007 to 2013/Online
Solid project leadership skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction
Office 365 Cloud and OneDrive experience
Roles and responsibility Define plan, Tracking progress
Perform the status reporting and co-ordination between onsite and off-shore team
Review of all deliverables
Performing AS-IS system analysis and design of technical architecture of to-be system
Carrying out analysis of the existing system and Design the to-be system taxonomy and security
Site Design, Configuration, Templates design, Master Pages, Style Sheets creation with SharePoint Developer
Coordinate with business on validating the Migration output
Project lead for entire end-to-end deliverables
Carrying out the customizations and migration activities
Technical Documentation
Migration, customization to Office 365, carrying out testing and validation
Validating the Migration outcome
Coordinating during SIT and UAT
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Good to have:
Retail domain knowledge
Expertise and proven ability in risk management and mitigation
