Skills Need:

• 10+ years solid experience with Java development.
• Must have recent experience developing applications in a banking environment.
• Must have strong knowledge of J2EE, EJB, multi-tier architecture and multi-threaded
  environments including C# development.
• Must have experience in work with Oracle BPM, Web Logic servers and Enterprise Architect.
• Must have experience with Web services.
• Must have experience with Maven, SVN, and Team City.
• Must have experience with object-oriented programming techniques.
• Must have experience with Oracle DBs.
• An applied understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills (English language skills to business standard).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The Job:
Working with business analyst on design of new functionalities

* Implementation of new features according to design

* Making sure that the code is errors free

* Drive the change of development process towards market standards

* Work with other developers across the department on best practices
