We are looking for QA Manager for one of our client at Richfield, MN. Please let me know your interest.
QA Manager
Location: Richfield, MN
Duration: long term
***Must be able to do an inperson interview on client site. First interview will be phone***
Skills Overview:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
· Experience in managing and leading QA teams
· Experience managing off-shore teams
· Experience with Automation Tools such as QTP: Highly recommended
· 3+ years experience in leading Quality Assurance teams driving implementation and maintenance of automation and manual testing efforts
· 3+ years experience with direct management of team resources.
· 5+ years in Quality Assurance and working within software industry in an Agile development environment, building web based systems.
· Experience with cross-functional and remote teams for delivering quality products on a tight schedule.
· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical co-workers and customers
· Knowledge of testing with web services and troubleshooting issues
· The ideal candidate will have experience in the Retail market sector
· The ideal candidate will have experience managing 5-8 concurrent projects
· The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing their own workload as well as the workload of others on the team.
· Must be comfortable in an agile, fast-paced, evolving environment
· Great to have: Candidate with a telecommunications background
· Great to have: Experience with project tracking software such as VersionOne or MS Project
· Great to have: Experience with bug tracking software such as Bugzilla or Jira
· Experience with MySQL is preferred, but not required
