Re: dear friends

Hi guys , while lauding the initiative, may I also raise this caveat. Lawyers will take an eternity to arrive a consensus for there will always be agreements and disagreements as to the approach to be used and we do not have a judge that will rule after their lenghthy debates. They will disagree on which end to break the egg while the hungry children starve awaiting their egg. Munzu just pulled one up and I read a mail that alarmed me on barrister Achu George from another learned colleague. While Kaavi is trying to take out unnecessary battles from the forum, restricting it to legal minds in my mind is like taking out a patient from the hands of GP to those of a Specialist when the real cause of the malaise is not yet properly diagnosed. Where do you place a mind like Mola Litumbe's, Prof. Chia's and a host of others who have in their various contributions set the legal minds in motion?
All said and done, the crux of the matter lies in the unity of purpose and the true determination to liberate ourselves from servitude. An opportunity has been on our tray for the longest time possible but we have ignored it. An implosion is about to take place in La Republique du Cameroun and we should not be caught gaping when we should act and defend ours when they start fighting. It is no longer if they will fight but when it will start .
Like Otto Von Bismack I may dare say here that " The great question of the day shall not be determined by speeches and resolutions, but by blood and iron." Kudos Kaavi.

No George...let us encourage all our
lawyers...lawyers only....to deal with this
thing.Once and for all.
Barrister Bogba Harmony gave
us a hint about whet they can do.And they have some immunity of sorts.

A very
welcome initiative, comrades, to put our case on the path.
We all know there's nothing new in this but that it
has been long over dued. I also wish to add that legal
minds must not be limited to lawyers alone but all who who
hold and believe  in the legalistic approach  to the
annexation and occupation of our fatherland, the the former
British Cameroons.

We also need students, Medical practitioners, Teachers,
buyam sellam, media and print practitioners,
syndicalists and scholars in all fields to team up and
create common giles for the final move..

We thank Mr aavi for bringing up the
idea of a Legal forum.
This concretises the requesr I made
several times before, that Dr Tumasang should always discuss
his idea on the SC  within a Legal Group.
The formation of this forum will save us
embarrassment

I
just thought of an idea after
a chart with one friend who is
a human
rights jurist, in the second year of a

Masters program in
international human
rights, international criminal and
international humanitarian law. After a long
chart with him,
I thought that it will be
nice for all our legal minds to

have an E group, open only to them. In which they will be
able to throw legal points on the flow and
brain storm on
them without the distractions
of Catholic land claims or in

Genesis chapter 5 bla bla bla etc. I think it will be a
nice
idea if they should have some quiet
environment for
themselves and come out with
some thing we can work on. This

will be good also so that should some thing happen at
home
they will be better organise to handle
it. Also they will be
able to write to the
president of La Rep Du Cameroun as the

collision of Southern Cameroons Lawyers asking for the
release of this or that person. We shall also
fall behind
them and who knows a
revolutionary leader might emerge from

there. Just my thoughts.
