· Tracking down debtors Contacting debtors via telephone or letter
· Listening carefully to the situations and issues related to
debtors
· Negotiating payment plans
· Performing administrative duties
· Preparing debtor statements
*Qualification and Experience Required*
· Certificate/Diploma in Credit Management is a distinct advantage
· 5 O Levels
· A year's experience at a similar or related position
