Mandatory Technical Skills
· 7 years or more experience with Base SAS including Data Step; PROC Report; SAS ODS; Proc Tabulate; Proc Summary; PROC MEANS; SAS arrays; PROC Transpose and Merge
· 5 years or more experience with SAS Macros and PROC SQL
· 3year or more experience in Enterprise Guide and Data integration studio
· Experience using SAS/Access Interface, SAS/Connect
· Candidate must be able to follow program specifications to write, test, debug, document, and implement complex SAS programs to extract data from a variety of data sources, transform the data, and load the data to specified destinations.
· Ability to Connect using SAS interface to ODBC
· Strong Experience with Queries; Inner and Outer Joins; Merging; inserting rows; updating large data sets; and removing duplicates.
· Expert Query Performance Tuning skills
· Knowledge and Strong Experience with the following any RDMBS database like oracle, Teradata or SQL Server
· Ability to perform Complex Selects, Updates, Inserts, Deletes on database tables.
· Understanding of Indexes.
· Proficient in implementing Data Warehousing Solutions
